Release Stress with EFT Tapping

New workshop!

With Meryl Hayton

Stress really sucks. Excessive worry can cause you to act irrationally and lose clarity in everyday situations. Uncertainty, living in fear and ruminating about thoughts creates overwhelm. These chronic habits and feelings cause your body to stay in fight-or-flight mode. Over time this creates stress in your body which is detrimental and can cause a myriad of physical and mental problems. It sucks up your energy and your desire to take care of yourself.

I'm not getting anywhere

I wish I could complete things I start

I obsess over my thoughts

I wish I had more clarity in my mind

I'm not sleeping

I wish I could have better health

I rush through life without enjoying the journey

I wish life could be easier

I feel angry and frustrated

I want to feel inner peace and happiness

Life is a struggle

In this class, you will be guided through what EFT tapping is and learn how to use it to accept what is to LET GO of WORRY, OVERWHELM and STRESS. It takes time and practice to transform your life and I'm here to help you. My hope is that through this class you will truly live life with more ease to help create infinite possibilities.

About Meryl Hayton:

Meryl has been on her own evolution of healing chronic pain and limiting beliefs. For many years she lived life in survival mode and dealt with poor body image, stress, doubts, anxiety and mood swings. It was fear, doubt and unworthiness keeping her from moving forward in life. Always intrigued about her own thought patterns, beliefs and actions led her to becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor and Transformational Life Coach. These studies have given her tools to create self-love and acceptance for herself. She truly has found inner peace and happiness. Her purpose is to share her experiences to assist others in finding their true potential. As she says, “your internal freedom is priceless”!
