A Warm Welcome to Bright Heart Yoga

Welcome to Your Yoga Practice

Bright Heart Yoga is a fun and friendly studio tucked into the treetops of Randolph, NJ. We've all been trained to offer you a warm and welcoming approach to yoga and a fun and empowering take on learning precise physical alignment. All of our teachers are skillful and experienced in guiding you toward your body's optimal expression. We offer many different class levels to suit the self-proclaimed "raw beginner" to the seasoned athlete who's got their leg behind their head as they read this. Either way, you'll learn how to connect the practice to your everyday life and cultivate confidence and joy both on and off the mat.

In every class, your teacher will guide you through clear and easy to understand principles of alignment to keep your body safe and vibrant and help you progress at any level. At BHY you'll meet a room full of really great people and leave class feeling better about yourself and better in your body.

Our method of yoga is a very therapeutic practice. Please don't hesitate to call us even if you have an injury or therapeutic concern. Private therapeutic sessions are also available to address your specific injury or health condition.

Mixed Level and Restorative Yoga

There are lots of different ways to love yourself. It's loving to call yourself to action as an agent of your own strength and growth, and it's loving to nurture yourself and give yourself a break.

The trick is finding the right balance of both. We're here to make it easy for you. For the month of February, you're invited to both Wednesday night classes for the price of one! (Valid on the same day only.)

Am I going to like it?

I love it! I have tried yoga in the past and never got out of it what I’ve gotten from Bright Heart Yoga in this short time. If I could go every day I would! Thank you for making it so fun and comfortable to learn.
